Ash Trees Surgery

Our main surgery is situated on Market Street in Carnforth. For appointments please telephone 01524 720000, or book online/via your booking app ( home visit requests are telephone only).

We are situated on 2 floors but there is good wheelchair access to all of our ground floor consultation rooms, so we can arrange for you to consult with your doctor on the ground floor if you are unable to manage the stairs. Disabled toilet facilities are available.

We advise you to telephone as early as possible if you wish to speak to a clinician, or be seen the same day for an appointment in-surgery. Calls will be answered by a trained Patient Advisor, who will take your details and ask for a brief account of your problem, in order to provide the most effective and appropriate course of action. Please avoid busy times if you can. The period from 08:00am to 08:30am is often very busy.

We have a pharmacy inside the surgery.
