Join our morning Restorative Pilates class to improve your flexibility, balance and strength, while relieving tension with controlled movements and mindful breathing. Leave feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day ahead.

The class welcomes beginners to advanced participants and offers exercise modifications and alternatives to suit all levels.
