A lively low-impact workout to great music. Increase your daily steps & have fun! Improve cardio-vascular fitness, posture, muscle tone, flexibility and reduce stress, with a few directional changes and moves to challenge our minds and balance a bit too! Who knew there were so many ways of walking!
The class is suitable for women and men of any fitness level. Small hand weights and thigh bands are optional.
