Foodie Friday’s

Our ‘Bread of Heron’ group volunteer their time to craft a selection of artisan breads for sale – all freshly baked that day using Heron Corn Mill’s own stone-ground flours – with any money made going right back into the charity!

We’ll also have mouth-watering homemade pies and delicious cakes from the CRMI ‘Children of Hope’ charity, a selection of jams and honeys from ‘Silverdale Honey’, and Nell will also be on hand to give a demonstration on the art of fermentation and creating your own preserves!

Entry is free, and the market will get underway at 1.00pm with a steady stream of fresh bread leaving the oven all afternoon!
