Foodie Fridays at Heron Corn Mill

There will be another banquet of freshly made goodies for sale immediately following the Mill Tour and Milling Demonstration, as we will once again have a number of stalls selling local food and produce for our monthly mini-market!

Our volunteer bakers will be busy in the shepherd’s hut, baking a variety of fresh bread which will be available to buy from the barn.

Lesley and Sue from the Milnthorpe & District Allotment Association will be here with a selection of produce for sale, and we’ll also be joined by The Kisa Family Development Project who will be selling an array of delicious cakes and savouries – with money raised helping to fund their work with some of the poorest and most vulnerable children, young adults and families in Uganda.

The market will get underway at 1.00pm and will run until 3.00pm, with free entry for all!
