Discover Sailing Day

Why not Discover Sailing on the estuary at Arnside? Try Sailing Days take place each year, usually in May, to give people a chance to go out on the estuary and see Arnside from the water. People are taken out sailing across the estuary from the slipway opposite the Albion.

Suitable for adults and children aged 6 upwards.The event is free.  

Time subject to tides.

The Clubhouse and bar overlooking the Promenade and Estuary will be open afterwards for refreshments, giving people an opportunity to have a look inside.

Discover Sailing is a national promotion by the RYA, where Sailing Clubs up and down the country offer people a chance to discover sailing.
