Time
10:30 - 13:00
Imagine an enlivening autumn morning in the woodland. Golden light filtering through the trees.
Time slowing down as you open your senses and let the forest atmosphere soothe you.
This isn’t walking the dog, hiking, or cycling in nature — it’s something deeper.
Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) is a guided, mindful practice that helps you release stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself, others, and the Earth.
What you’ll experience:
- Gentle, guided invitations to slow down and immerse yourself in the forest
- A shift from “doing” into simply being — resting your mind and body
- Moments of stillness, presence, and quiet reflection
- An optional woodland circle where you can share and be witnessed
- Time to reconnect with your creativity, curiosity, and natural vitality
One session can help lessen symptoms of stress and anxiety, feelings of loneliness, sadness and fatigue, while supporting overall wellbeing, creating connection and belonging.
Please note: You will need to be able to walk on uneven ground, possibly up a slope depending on the route. There are no toilets at the woodland.
Cost: £35 per person.
