Arnside Repair Cafe

The new Arnside Repair Cafe in association with Sustainable Arnside is at the Community Cafe at the E.I.

The Repair Cafe will be running sessions alongside Arnside Community Cafe with volunteers on hand to give advice and help repair items that may otherwise get thrown away. This helps to stop waste going to landfill and reduces Arnside residents’ carbon footprint.

Volunteer repairers will be available to give advice on repairs to:

• Electrical
• Wooden
• Mechanical
• Fabric
• AbilityNet – free tech advice for problems with laptops, tablets and phones

Please bring cash to pay for any parts that might be needed/

If you are aiming to come with something specific, please get in touch with Alison Sandford (see email below) to check an appropriate repair will be there on the day.

Or just come along and have a cup of tea at the Arnside Community Cafe and find out a bit more about what we do!

Cash donations will be taken to help towards the running costs of the Repair Cafe.
