The Folk Singaround takes place on the second Tuesday of the month from September to April and is run in partnership with Lake District Folk and Acoustic Club. Taking place during the day it is easy to get to by train.
At a folk singaround everyone takes in turn to perform. Sing a song, play an instrument, read a poem or just sit and watch. At a folk singaround there are usually some good performers. The Folk Singaround has a large catchment drawing performers from throughout Lancashire and Cumbria.
