Meet in the car park for Barrow Slag Banks at 10.30am.
We will be looking for butterflies, including small blue, common blue, dingy skipper. We will have lunch on site from 12.30-1.00, then leave for the trip to North Walney.
Parking: Turn off the A590 at SD192712 into a car park behind a red bricked wall; what3words ///statue.rescue.noises.

In the interests of reducing our carbon footprint, the protection of habitats and landscape and limited parking we encourage members to car-share. Please bring a packed lunch for all the field trips and wear suitable clothing and footwear.
Due to the sensitive nature of the sites no dogs are allowed on any of these walks.
