Arnside & District Natural History Society: An Invitation to Walk on The Great Orme, Llandudno

An invitation to join Chris Winnick who will be going back to walk on the Great Orme at Llandudno on either Friday, 13th June or Sunday, 15th June.
The Great Orme is a remarkable place for butterflies (including the rare Silver-Studded Blue), wildflowers and birds (including Chough).
The walk will be from 11.30 to 4.30pm. Park at the northern end of West Parade, near the junction with Abbey Rd on West Shore, SH 772 821, sat nav LL30 2ET.
Allow at least 2 1/2 hours to drive there, or stay over night.

In the interests of reducing our carbon footprint, the protection of habitats and landscape and limited parking we encourage members to car-share. Please bring a packed lunch for all the field trips and wear suitable clothing and footwear.
Due to the sensitive nature of the sites no dogs are allowed on any of these walks.
