Aegean: Sailing The Blood Red Sea – A Talk by Julian Blatchley

Master Mariner and author, Julian Blatchley, will talk about sailing in the Aegean Sea. Julian has written two books about sailing in the Greek Aegean: ‘The Trojan Walrus’ (The Misadventures of a English Stowaway on the Aegean Sea), and ‘Adjacent to the Argonauts’.

An ex oil tanker captain and charter yacht skipper, Julian is currently master of SY Gondola on Coniston Water. He was educated at Heversham Grammar School, near Milnthorpe and is a relative of the Crossfield Family.
